Growth audit

Turn a 90-minute conversation into a written 90-day map.

Framework
Step 01

Client and diagnostic

Fill what you know. The map is generated from the two lowest scores.

No map yet Fill the diagnostic and generate. The written map appears here, ready to print or send as a PDF.
Step 02

Fundable file

The documents a bank, grant or donor will ask for. Tick what exists, mark what is missing, and print the gap list for the client.

Results captured

Baseline at intake, result at exit. This is the case study, not a feeling.

Step 02

Documents

Proposal, agreement, invoice. One set of numbers, three consistent documents.

VAT in Ghana: 15% VAT plus 2.5% NHIL and 2.5% GETFund, 20% effective on the same base. Prices here are quoted before VAT.

The pipeline is the honest number. If it is empty, the business is empty.

Pipeline

One line per client. Update the stage, not the story.

One rule: the audit is the product that earns the right to the sprint. Do not sell the sprint to someone who has not seen the map.
